Approved Sweeteners
If you are in any way familiar with the THM then you know we love our desserts, shakes, and sweet treats. But it's simply not possible to be shipping in brands from the US so what's a girl to do? Answer: spend almost 3 days reading over websites and overusing Google Translate. Written below are my findings for approved on plan sweeteners.
Truvia: (Stevia with Erthyritol)
Sux 1 or Sux 2
Sukrin +-the purple bag
Superfruit Stevix
Stevia:
Stevia Maxsød
Hermesetas Stevia Sweet Flydende
Stay away from:
Any others in the brand Hermesetas, they have fructose or are cut with other off-plan sweeteners.
Also keep in mind that these are small bags compared to what you could buy in the USA. They are not completely un-affordable but you can not eat treats everyday.
