THM in Denmark: a short bedtime story.

Here in DK we have, no low carb wraps, dreamfields noodles, and NO triple zero yoghurt! It's rather depressing sometimes how easy it is to do THM in America, but instead of focusing in the negatives I'm going to give you a peek into my THM journey over here.

-Eat your veggies and fruits with confidence that they're (like I'm 99% sure) GMO free and are normal sized! And Organic will sometimes be cheaper to buy than the "normal" brands. I just recently scored some big delicious organic garlic for 3/4 of the price for the normal garlic.
-Choices are limited so be prepared to eat simple. I eat beans and rice, big salads, and meats with a vegetable most of the time.
-We have Skyr! It's pretty much Greek Yoghurt except it's typically cheaper. It's also only 0,2% Fat so it can be used in S, E, or FP.
-Eat your rugbrød! Danish ryebread is sourdough and can be bought in regular ol' grocery stores. I have calculated that 1.5 slices fits into an E setting.
-Danish people love cheese. You'll find lots of different cheeses to eat.
-You'll need a food processor or something like it, I have been unable to find Flax meal already ground-you'll have to grind it yourself. It's called Hørfrø. Also you can find Almond Flour (MandelMel). I have seen Defatted Peanut Flour as well, but it was sold out last time I was in the health food store so I didn't catch the name. Plus it was going to cost me an arm and a leg.
-As referenced in my sweetener post, the bags of sweeteners are kinda tiny so I have to limit my treats to being actual treats once or twice a week :(. But since I've hit my goal weight and whatnot, I eat a lot of organic honey in things.
-Søstrene Grene/All Over The World. It's basically like The Christmas Tree store if you know what that is. Go here to buy your GGMS jars, your measuring utensils, jars for various flours and stuff, and Celestial Seasonings Teas because I like my CS teas. Plus it's a great place to buy Coconut Oil and Flour at discounted prices.
-We have fabulous bike lanes! I love my bike so much and I bike to school everyday and anywhere else I go I bike!!! I also love Yoga and Blogilates, but I always know I'm getting a great workout on my bike.

That's the short version. Feel free to comment with any questions!
